What is the difference between Medica, Ucare Minnesota, and Blue Plus health plans?
I am currently filling out paperwork for health insurance and I am not sure what the best plan is to choose. I have no idea what the benefits or the downfalls of each plan is, and know nothing about any of them. Can someone explain what each plan is about and what the best option might be? thanks!

@bigglebumx try cross-friction massage by a certified massage therapist: you can break the scar tissue down a bit, & help realign the tissues. Scar tissue is strong & serves a purpose but yes, some if it will need to be broken up.

I have suffered with pain in my lower back/upper buttock area for almost 3 years now. It feels like a tight knotted muscle but physiotherapy has not made any difference as they only gave me exercises to strengthen the surrounding muscles. I am in pain most of the time and there is weakness in the muscle due to it being painful. Is there any specific technique I can try to deal with this to loosen it off? It appears to be in the buttock muscle mainly but the pain refers especially at night.

thanks for the advice but is there anything i can do about my adhesions caused by surgery? specifically abdominal….thanks! no doctor seems to be able to help me without surgery….again

I think it is the shape of the eye. I think THAT is more important than the color. My eyes are dark brown, and they are big..I also have long lashes. I think this is the only reason my eyes are pretty.

lower-right: be more specific…but probably not spine-related. Probe around back there with your fingers in the area to find a tight-spot or spasm/knot/trigger point, or better yet have a massage therapist try to locate. Release with deep pressure in center. How long have you had this issue? Ibuprofen can help with inflammation & discomfort too, but def OK to still move about doing normal daily function – way better than bed rest..

wow – your comment means a lot to me – thanks for that! – Max

I am having some backaches, or at least thats what i think but more and more it feels like a problem in my lower right back muscle. It feels like a concentrated pain when I try to lift or just bend down or when I get up from a chair it really stings and hurts. How do I know if it is a knot or something more serious??
Thanx

Thanx for your reply, I think it is the Gluteus medius muscle and the pain sort of moves down into the Gluteus maximus. This problem might have occurred because I have been sitting with my upper body turned to my left a lot lately, and I have had this problem for about 2 weeks now.

People are very good at throwing insults, but when they're directed back at them they yell and scream racism. Blacks are especially vocal about this, because they're taught to remember the days of slavery. It's very sad and pathetic really, as people living today had nothing to do with any of that. People who make racist comments, but then yell and scream racism when someone does it to them, ought to be taken out and shot.

I play the banjo and have bigger fingers as well. just from my personal experience, with some consistent practice. your fingers will eventually adapt and chording will become easier. if you still don't feel comfortable, i would look at some different kinds of banjos, as you might find one with a wider neck. Good luck with your banjo endeavor!

The information you have provided has helped me more in two days than any doctor or chiropractor has in two years!! Thank You so much for taking the time to share.
