How do health insurance tax deductions work for a member managed LLC?I own a business (LLC) with two other people. It is only us three; we do not have any additional employees. We pay for our health insurance through our business. Based on these facts, I was wondering how much I stand to save on my personal taxes. Is this a standard write off like any other business expense or does the IRS treat health insurance differently?
Well… first off… the 47 million figure includes illegal aliens who aren't supposed to be here in the first place.

Yes, (I read it all) I admire Ron Paul and many of his ideas are fresh and exciting. I do not, however, feel he is an electable person. I felt the same way about another candidate that ran as a 3rd party a few yrs ago (Perot).
Both of these men 'should' have been President but with an unthinking, brainwashed by Liberal teachers public school educated electorate combined with a Media that has lost their values and do not report truth – there was and is no chance in my mind. But I also thought that Forbes and Romney should have been President, too.
I do think we should kick every politician out of office and elect from people that are successful in business, have a moral code and a work ethic, an understanding of economics and finance.

What I see happening is America going to her knees with Obama's financial burden laid on her and his shaming of her world-wide, his price setting and socialization that is losing more jobs every day, then will come the fuel and food shortages, angry people out of work, food and fuel will riot. Then he can declare Martial Law and then he can move right in to the dictator seat or throne if Michelle prefers.

I do not agree with your unacceptable part! If President Obama was really concerned about health care reform, he would have talked about Tort Reform!! But then he would have alienated almost every Democratic Lawmaker, since they are MOSTLY lawyers. Instead of choosing a REAL debate on health care, he chose politics instead of integrity! He is not leadership skills that we need for this type of debate. So, your argument is based on half–truths… Medicare & Medicaid are destroying Gov't finances. Universal health care was tried in Hawaii (I believe for children) and failed because it cost too much. Why did not Gibbs bring this up during one of his press conferences. If people need free health care, they can always join the military!! But, in order to have this debate, we need more information and not so many special interest groups like the lawyers that Obama happens to be one!!
I don't really know what you're asking because I just skimmed over it, but I can tell you I am a college student who is living in poverty with an incurable disease I cannot afford the medication for because I don't have health insurance.

We have an infant mortality rate of about 630 babies per 100,000 per year. Evidently the Republicans want to kill 27,000 babies each year. They claim to be pro-life but they don’t care about the increasing number of newborns who die each year.

If this is how poorly argued and factually inaccurate the rest is, I'll save myself the nuisance of reading further.
The majority of research into pharmaceuticals is financed by the United States government via NIH and NSF grants and corporate subsidies. Drug companies pick up the research when it's essentially finished by purchasing the patents and putting the drugs through trials (where another large portion of the bill is federally subsidized). After that, the overpriced drug hits the American market and the company makes millions.
Get a clue.
