Among the various diseases which are constantly hampering human health, AIDS is one of them. AIDS is caused by HIV or the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. AIDS or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome is a condition in humans in which the immune system begins to fail, leading to life-threatening opportunistic infections.
Infection with HIV or AIDS occurs by the transfer of blood, semen, vaginal fluid, pre-ejaculate or breast milk. Within these bodily fluids, HIV is there as both free virus particles and virus within infected immune cells. HIV can be transmitted through 4 major ways: unprotected sexual intercourse, contaminated needles, breast milk and transmission from an infected mother to her baby at birth.
HIV primarily infects the vital cells in the human immune system such as helper T cells, macrophages and dendritic cells. With the killing of the fundamental body cells, the chances of health risks increases and in many cases the individual dies.
Eventually most HIV-infected individuals develop AIDS. People suffering from AIDS mostly die from opportunistic infections or malignancies associated with the progressive failure of the immune system.
At present, there is no vaccine or cure for HIV or AIDS. The only known method of prevention is avoiding exposure to the virus. However, an antiretroviral treatment known as the post-exposure prophylaxis is believed to reduce the risk of infection if started directly after exposure. The current treatment for HIV infection consists of highly active antiretroviral therapy, commonly known as HAART.

HEALTH????????????????????????1. Are health costs lower for people who maintain high levels of functional health?
2. are guidelines that can help you avoid crime or threatening situations to let someone know where you are going and when you expect to return?
3. Is hypertension considered to be the #1 risk increasing the likelihood of strokes?
4. Is jogging 30 minutes an example of cardiovascular or aerobic activity?

Not an unusual frame of mind and that's just what it is. Stop focusing on how everyone does not understand or accept your thoughts and try to understand others more. When our focus is on the needs of other people instead of ourselves, we are happier.
As a Christian, you are here to serve and to care. Many people need support and understanding. Volunteer if you have the time.

what does sarah have attached to her back
I feel your pain, and I know your struggle. My ex-fiancee is a "bi-polar" manic depressant. On top of all of this, so is my father who I deal with on a far less than weekly basis.
I say ex-fiancee because in her "depression" I caught her sleeping with my best friend. She used the excuse of her depression as a reason for her actions, but we know the truth, however, there are certain stages in MD that actually affects ones way of thinking.
Now while I am no longer with her, and that is my choice and now she is married to someone else…after 6 months, what my point is that you need to analyze EVERYTHING in the last 9 years. See the good and bad and weigh them out.
Now if he has been abusive then I say automatically….move on.
However, give that a shot and see what you get. Write it down and then make your decision, because if I was with someone for 9 years and she was a MD, then I wouldn't think twice.
wheew i feel the burn!! haha LOVE IT!!
that was really good!
It's one thing to speak up to the right people in order to get the help that you need, it's another thing to complain all of the time about that problem to people who really can't do anything for you.
People have their own problems to deal with, they don't want to hear about yours, too. I know that sounds insensitive, but it's true for most, NOT ALL, but most people.
I'm open to listening to you if you need someone to talk to, you can email me anytime!
Adore! Keep Jess please
love the full workouts. please continue

There are probably various reasons why it exists. One thing that comes to mind is that there is a double standard. One for whites and another for minorities. As long as we have that, there will be racism. Another reason is the media with its liberal bias (not including Fox News). They make a race issue out of everything. And they do so by simply questioning things. It's innocuous, but it's enough to plant a seed of doubt into people's minds. So the media is another reason. How else could you explain republicans being asked to resign when they say something racially charged, yet somebody like liberal Harry Reid of Nevada does the same thing and he gets a totally different response from the same media organizations?
Then you have people like Jackson and Sharpton who actually hold their own people down and profit from it. That's another reason.
It's too bad what happened to you and to the white guy who was beaten to death. You sound like a very intelligent person who seems to be pretty good at acknowledging both sides to the race issue.
Just remember things arent' always what they seem to be. Sometimes you have to take the opposite (as hard as it may be) of what the media and other influential organizations/people are trying to make you believe, in order to discern what is the truth and what is actually for your own good.
wow, no wonder you're overwhelmed, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now! it's good that you're going to your doctor and ever better that you're seeing a counsellor, i'm glad you're reaching out for much needed help. there are also lots of other things that you can do to help out with the depression and anxiety, i wrote a big post about all of this stuff and if you like you can take a look at it here: http://www.anxietyforum.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4087 you'll also find a little information in it on getting sleep, as you probably know it's very important to get good rest, for both your mental and physical health and while you're not sleeping then you're just adding to the stress.
right now you're really under pressure, you need to step back and do what you can to reduce the stress in your life as much as possible. if this means letting go of some duties or obligations or even letting people down then just let it happen, YOU are the most important person right now, you need to prioritise your own health. think about it like this, if a loved one of yours was feeling the same way as you do what would you tell them to do, or what would you do for them? treat yourself the same way.
to help organise your life a little, to reduce the stress of forgetting things, do something simple like buy a diary and keep a record of everything you have to do and all your appointments – i know that sounds simple, but it sounds like you really need something like that at the moment! i know with the world economy being in tatters at the moment that it's very hard for people to find any kind of job, but in the meantime you could do something like volunteer work or work experience in the kinds of places you would like to work. this way you're never idle and you'll have loads of experience to add to your CV. it will also distract you a little bit, which can really help with anxiety.
but basically i'm just saying take care of yourself right now, take it easy, do the things you need to do to get better, be kind to yourself and i hope you feel better soon xx
